MANIFESTO

Work hard, believe & have fun. Critique everything with the mind of your teenage self. You were uninterested in advertising; inspired by great ideas. Search for the surprising, for the silly, for the meaningful. Make ideas that deserve to live, live. And when things don’t go your way, remember what running has taught you about work… get up tomorrow, put on your shoes, and go again.

Henry Plumridge
(Written by Ollie Bartlett)

Creative Copywriter

A passionate copywriter, runner and early-morning enthusiast. Often caught starting his day with a sunrise jog with Taylor Swift on repeat, Henry channels his energy into crafting words that elevate our ideas to new heights. He’s the engine behind the magic, a master of his craft, and the kind of guy who makes you believe you could run a marathon with no training. He will respond to the name 'Ollie', and is too polite to correct you.

Art Director

An immensely vibey art director, designer and creative thinker. Prone to articulating his love of an idea using the words “I don’t hate that”. Ollie is a calming influence, an accidental intermittent-faster, and a rock-solid friend. He will answer to the name ‘Henry’, but begrudgingly.
